1867 Probate White Co. – Luke PRYOR, deceased. Administrator, Samuel Tapscott. Admin. bond filed on 1 Feb 1867. Died in Woodruff Co. in Sept. 1866. Next of kin: Thomas J. Pryor and Frances Pryor of Woodruff County. Administration bond states no will yet there’s a will written in 1863 in the file. It names his wife Mary Frances Pryor as executrix. Wits: R H Duner, W. C West. A codicil names his “son” Thomas Jefferson Pryor and appointed Samuel Tapscott as the admin. Will was written in White County and filed in Woodruff County.
