1826 Claim – Nathaniel Pryor made a claim a for robbery – The Winebago tribe members had stolen and destroyed his property on an island in Mississippi, a place that Pryor “was regularly licensed to trade.” His witness was Abraham Gallatin.The total value of the items claimed was $5216.25. Francis Boutelier gave a deposition for the Office of the Superintendent of Indian Affairs, He was as an eye-witness and stated the event occured 1 Jan 1812. Boutelier describes the location as a trading house and that it too was burned by the indians.

1827 Death – Robert Quarles, son of James Quarles and Mary Pryor of Richmond, VA died on 23 Aug 1827 in St. Louis. (Mary was the sister of Major John Pryor of Richmond, VA)

About 1831 – Death of explorer Nathaniel Pryor per court documents: 1835 filed in County of St. Louis. John P. Reily, administrator of N. Pryor.  9 Feb 1835. Another document states Reily was the administrator of Nathaniel Pryor, deceased and as such he received and disbursed nothing. Reily filed an inventory of the estate in December 1834. The former administrator was Thomas Ingram Jr. , deceased as of notice to the court in May 1834. Total value was $210.46. Estate included $10 received from George Cramer.
